All projects will reported on 1) empirically derived measures to assess outcomes within the Head Start Child Outcomes Framework; 2) current results; and 3) mechanisms for feedback to program staff to enhance service delivery systems. In addition, the partnerships will considered the feasibility of using local assessment data for external accountability purposes.
