Introduction
This is the last of nine modules in the Continuous Quality Improvement Toolkit: A Resource for Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Awardees (CQI Toolkit). The toolkit supports MIECHV awardees and others in working with local agencies to build capacity in CQI. Modules may be delivered individually by CQI staff or as part of a multiday training activity.
Module 9 helps participants—
- Understand reliability in CQI
- Identify change strategies at multiple levels of intensity
- Discuss importance of monitoring data
- Learn how to maintain improvement
As with all modules in the CQI Toolkit, Module 9 contains a facilitation guide, PowerPoint slides with facilitation notes, and handouts and activities for participants. For example, Module 9 includes a handout for identifying low-, medium-, and high-intensity change strategies that can be tested for reliability. Use the box to the right to access the module components.
