  2. The grantees, family and community contexts that influence implementation of the Program
  3. Expanded reach and availability of home visiting services in tribal communities as a function of the Tribal Home Visiting Program
  4. The extent to which eligible entities receiving grants under this section demonstrated improvements in each of the areas specified in the legislation
  5. The technical assistance and systems of support provided to grantees
  6. Suggested recommendations for such legislative or administrative action as the Secretary determines appropriate.
