Project Overview

In 2016, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) began the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDBG) Implementation Research and Evaluation Grants program. The second cohort (Phase I/Cohort 2) includes 3 CCDF Lead agencies awarded cooperative agreements in May 2017. Phase II cooperative agreements were awarded to Phase I grantees to help them refine their research and evaluation plan and implement their research project.
