The Bipartisan Budget Act of 2018 allows Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program awardees to implement PFO initiatives. PFO can help awardees expand services, improve outcomes, reach new or underserved populations, and/or engage new stakeholders.
