In 2019, the Administration for Children and Family’s (ACF) Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) contracted with Mathematica and its subcontractor, Public Strategies, to conduct the Strengthening the Implementation of Marriage and Relationship Programs (SIMR) project.
