Attached please find the Notice of Availability of FY 2006 Discretionary Grant Funds to State Refugee Agencies for the Cuban-Haitian Refugees and Entrants Program. Since state refugee agencies are the only eligible applicants, this announcement is being mailed to those agencies and published on the ORR website at http://www.acf.hhs.gov/orr. It will not be published in the Federal Register.
The application deadline is April 21, 2006.
