The authority for the form ORR-6, Quarterly Performance Report, approved under OMB No. 0970-0036, will expire on May 31, 2007.

The Office of Management and Budget requires a consultation with the appropriate entities prior to renewal of these information collection instruments. State refugee program representatives are welcome to submit comments on these forms and their instructions no later than
February 28, 2007.
