The Annual Report to Congress for fiscal year (FY) 2017 was prepared in accordance with the Refugee Act of 1980. The report presents the activities, expenditures, and policies of the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) and information about the individuals receiving ORR benefits and services.
