Attendance at the 2011 Office of Refugee Resettlement Consultation

The Refugee Act of 1980 (Section 413(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act) requires the Secretary of Health and Human Services to submit an annual report to Congress on the Refugee Resettlement Program. This report covers refugee program developments in Fiscal Year (FY) 2012, from October 1, 2011 through September 30, 2012. It is the forty-sixth in a series of reports to Congress on refugee resettlement in the United States (U.S.) since FY 1975 and the thirty-second to cover an entire year of activities carried out under the comprehensive authority of the Refugee Act of 1980.

The  Refugee Act  of 1980 (Section 413(a) of the Immigration  and  Nationality  Act)  requires  the Secretary of Health and Human  Services to submit an annual report to Congress on the Refugee Resettlement Program. This report covers refugee program developments in FY 2006, from October 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006. It is the fortieth in a series of reports to Congress on refugee resettlement in  the U.S.  since FY  1975 and the twenty-sixth  to cover an entire year of activities carried out under the comprehensive authority of the Refugee Act of 1980.
