Anti-Trafficking Leadership, Innovation, and Sustainability (ATLIS) project

The HHS Office on Trafficking in Persons announces the Anti-Trafficking Leadership, Innovation, and Sustainability (ATLIS) project to implement survivor-led initiatives preventing human trafficking. The project will provide up to $20,000 for at least 10 applicants with additional support from a technical advisor and capacity building resources for survivor-led organizations, collaboratives, and community groups.

The ATLIS project was informed by feedback from the anti-trafficking field, including the U.S. Advisory Council on Human Trafficking and Human Trafficking Leadership Academy fellows.  The opportunity centers the leadership of those directly impacted by human trafficking and seeks to reduce barriers to accessing federal funding encountered by newer and smaller survivor-led organizations.  ATLIS implements Principle 4.3 in the National Action Plan to Combat Human Trafficking  (PDF) to strengthen federal anti-trafficking efforts by incorporating survivor input

Full project details will be published on January 30, 2024. The application period opens on January 30 and closes at 11:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2024.
