OTIP Seeks Deputy Director

The Office on Trafficking in Persons is seeking a Deputy Director. This position works under the Director to help ensure policies and programs are implemented in a way which ensures the psychological, sociological, and human service needs of victims of human trafficking, their families, and their communities are met efficiently and effectively.

The Deputy Director will develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners to identify areas of coordination and collaboration, including joint funding or sponsorships to leverage resources in support of anti-trafficking efforts.

The incumbent will demonstrate leadership ability, discretion, and specialized technical knowledge in dealing with highly confidential, and/or controversial information to successfully implement anti-human trafficking initiatives and transfer that specialized knowledge into operational policies.

This position is full time in OTIP’s Washington, D.C. office.
