With input from U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Child Labor, Forced Labor and Human Trafficking, the National Science Foundation (NSF) published a solicitation for research proposals on Disrupting Illicit Supply Networks . The solicitation calls for research proposals on the use of IT and other systems approaches to disrupt the operations of trafficking networks, which are defined broadly to include networks involved in child labor, forced labor, modern slavery, human trafficking, and trafficking of licit and illicit goods.
