New Case Management System

We heard you! Data is a powerful tool to improve anti-trafficking programs. That’s why we developed Shepherd, a user-friendly system for online case management. Through Shepherd, advocates can submit and track HHS requests for assistance, individuals who have experienced trafficking can connect with case managers more efficiently, and OTIP can analyze trends in victimization to improve program implementation and prevention efforts.

Case Processing Update

On Monday, December 2, we will begin using Shepherd for all Child Eligibility cases. You can use Shepherd to submit all trafficking concerns on behalf of foreign national minors in accordance with the Trafficking Victims Protection Act. We will review and respond to previously submitted cases using our former process (through RFA PDF form and secure emails). Learn more about Shepherd and access the webinar below, which includes a demo of the system.
