SOAR to Health and Wellness Training Now Available Online
Many people who are being trafficked come into contact with health care, behavioral health, and social service professionals and remain unidentified. Potential victims can struggle with a wide-range of physical and psychological health issues and social service needs. The HHS SOAR to Health and Wellness training educates professionals on how to identify, treat, and respond appropriately to potential victims of human trafficking – and now recorded webinars are available online!
See what participants are saying about SOAR:
“Real life scenarios…make you think about how to put these skills and knowledge into action.”
“I had no prior training or knowledge of human trafficking. I did not even realize people were trafficked for labor purposes. I just thought that this occurred in other places, when in reality it can be in the city that I live in.”
“Enjoyed the interactive platform, thought provoking questions asked, and having a survivor [facilitator]. Extremely well delivered by all speakers.”
Update: Recorded webinars are not eligible for CE/CME credit. SOAR Online is a new series of CE/CME training modules that you can complete whenever, wherever you like.
