This event is a 10-year follow up to the 2008 National Symposium on the Health Needs of Human Trafficking Victims and will inform current and future anti-trafficking efforts for the health care and anti-trafficking fields. Panels will present on the following: 

  • Integrating Primary and Behavioral Health Services for Trafficking Survivors
  • Early Intervention and Prevention of Human Trafficking
  • Trauma-Informed Screening
  • Addressing the Health Needs of Minors and Young Adults
  • Addressing the Substance Use and Co-occurring Mental Health Needs of Trafficking Survivors
  • Reflections on Next Steps for Research, Evaluation, Technical Assistance
