HHS Assistance for T Visa or Continued Presence Recipients and Applicants

People with a T visa, bona fide T visa application, or Continued Presence are eligible to apply for benefits and services as described below. Case management services are also available to all T visa applicants or anyone planning to apply for a T visa. To begin accessing benefits and services, request a letter from the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) through the online case management system, Shepherd. Email trafficking@acf.hhs.gov with any questions.
