This is a reminder that the next PARIS match is scheduled for Friday, November 9, 2012. States submitting their data file after that date will not be matched. After transmitting your data file to the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) it is now required that an email be sent to DMDC contact Portia A. M. Sullivan at Portia.sullivan@osd.pentagon.mil stating the total record count submitted. DMDC will respond with a confirmation email. States are responsible for tracking data submission and ensuring it has been successful.
