PARIS MEMBER STATES:
This is a reminder that the next PARIS match is scheduled for Friday, August 9, 2013. States submitting their data file after that date will not be matched. After transmitting your data file to the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) it is now required that an email be sent to DMDC contact Portia A. M. Sullivan at her new email address at Portia.a.sullivan.civ@mail.mil stating the total record count submitted. DMDC will respond with a confirmation email. States are responsible for tracking data submission and ensuring it has been successful.
New Computer Matching Agreements for the Federal and Veterans match are in the final stages of getting approvals and signatures. States will need to complete new Model Agreements to participate in the November 8, 2013 Federal and Veterans match. PARIS transmittals will be sent out with further guidance once the agreements are signed and posted on the PARIS website.
