Transmittal 2011 - 18

Publication Date: June 28, 2011
Current as of:

PARIS MEMBER STATES:

In response to feedback from states and to help mitigate the volume of calls received by PARIS State Administrative Representatives a new section has been added to the PARIS website titled “State Interstate Match Contact” which will contain individual states’ specific instructions for communicating with their contact resource in regards to the PARIS Interstate Match. This is to augment the contact information already provided with each quarterly Interstate Match report. States may select up to two contacts, a primary contact resource for TANF, SNAP, GA, SSI, CC, WC and a secondary contact resource to MA. Submit a separate completed form for each contact group to PARIS@acf.hhs.gov .

  • Example: If the TANF/SNAP/CC are in the same agency and MA is in another agency, list the TANF/SNAP/CC contact resource as primary and the MA contact resource as secondary. If your state does MA only, list the MA contact resource as primary.

The State Interstate Match Contact form is attached to this transmittal and can also be found on the PARIS website at www.acf.hhs.gov/programs/paris. Use the electronic form of the document to fill in the information and email it in (avoid printing the form, filling it out and faxing or emailing a pdf version).

All information will be accessible to the general public via the PARIS website. The information at the bottom of the form about the person completing the form will not be posted on the PARIS website.
