Release 05-02 Minor: Manifest

Describes the following Child Support Enforcement Network (CSENet), Federal Case Registry (FCR) and Federal Offset Program (FOP) enhancements for implementation in September 2005:

• Validate New-Case-Identifier (ID) Format and Require the New-Case-ID Field for the Managing State Cases - Provisions/Response, Change Local Case ID Transaction
• Delete Obsolete Case-Closure Transactions
• Establish Interface with National Security Agency
• Provide Consistency in Locate Response Codes
• Obtain and Return State Verification and Exchange System Benefit Information for Children
• Revise the Multistate Financial Institution Data Match Response Record to States for Consistency with the Multistate Financial Institution Response File
• Conduct an Electronic Match for Medical Support Information Between the FCR and the Defense Manpower Data Center
• Return Verification Codes on Additional Social Security Numbers
• Provide State Users with the  Ability to Query the Obligor Address File
• Provide State Users with the Ability to Query the Pre-Offset Notice File
• Enable States to Change the Status of a Multistate Financial Institution Data Match-Only Case in a Single Submission Cycle
• Combine Current Year Case Query and Prior Year Case Query into a Single Case Query Screen
• Add Treasury Offset Program Trace Number to Collection Adjustment Record
