RE: Proposed New AFI Program Performance Progress Report Forms;
Date: May 26, 2015
Dear Colleagues:
The Office of Community Services (OCS) is requesting feedback from Assets for Independence (AFI) grantees and stakeholders on proposed AFI program specific Performance Progress Report (PPR) data collection instruments. On May 19, a Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) notice for public comment was published in the Federal Register: https://federalregister.gov/a/2015-12096 .
OCS is proposing to create an AFI program specific Performance Progress Report. The AFI PPR will replace two reports: 1) the semiannual standard form performance progress report (SF-PPR) and 2) the annual data report. The AFI PPR will be submitted quarterly: three times per year using an abbreviated short form and one time using a long form. Both draft data collection instruments are available for review online at http://idaresources.acf.hhs.gov/AFIPPR .
This webpage also includes additional information on the AFI PPR proposal and instructions for submitting comments.
We want your feedback on the proposed AFI PPR instruments! Your comments will help OCS improve the AFI PPR before implementing it as a requirement. Please review the proposed AFI PPR forms and submit your comments as soon as possible in order to expedite the clearance process. The deadline for comments is Saturday, July 18.
We look forward to hearing from you.
