CED Presentation OGM Policies and Procedures

This session provides CED grantees with information about working with the Office of Grants Management (OGM) throughout the life of their grants. It reviews the roles and responsibilities of OGM, provides policy guidance for the use of grant funds, reviews the role of Payment Management Services (PMS), addresses federal reversionary interest; provides guidance for completing and submitting Federal Financial Reports, and explains the process for making budget modifications and obtaining no-cost extensions.
