ACF Parent Report 2024 - Spanish Version

The United States Department of Labor (DOL), Wage and Hour Division (WHD), and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF) have signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) establishing a collaborative relationship to enhance and maximize the wellbeing of children and enforcement of the federal child labor laws. The parties are forming this partnership to encourage greater coordination between them through information sharing, training, and education to further the goal of preventing and responding to instances of child labor exploitation and child labor trafficking.
