The American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act of 2021 presents human services leaders across the nation with a historic opportunity to advance pandemic recovery and transform communities. The accompanying attachment features examples of how some ACF grant recipients have used ARP funds to invest in creative strategies, programs, services, and interventions that may be replicable in other communities. These examples may serve as an inspiration to ACF grant recipients who are thinking about bold and innovative uses of ARP dollars to support communities.
